1. PFF provides structured, outcome driven therapeutic treatment, which improves the child's level of functioning in the school, home and community.
2. PFF builds trusting relationships with families to promote their positive involvement in the school, community and society.
3. PFF will develop an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) that promotes the healthy development of the client. The ISP is created in order to discharge the clients from services as a positive, productive member of society.
4. PFF identifies and promotes the strength of the individual, family stability and promote improved functioning.
5. PFF procedures will be followed in accordance with applicable federal, state and agency guidelines.
6. PFF provides the necessary linkage of supports through case management with doctors, schools, courts, hospitals, Family Assessment and Planning Teams (FAPT), social services, parents, and others involved in the child's treatment in order to provide a comprehensive, holistic approach to service.
