               Does Your Child Fit These Characteristics?

--Is 5 to 18 years old with mental, behavioral, and/or emotional disturbance, which have resulted in significant impairment?

--Is at risk for out-of-home placement due to interpersonal conflicts with family or community?

--Has a documented history of behavioral or mental health issues that substantiate the need for intensive in-home therapy?

--Targeted behavior issues demonstrate an inability for the youth to function within the home, school or community as evidenced by the risk of removal from one or all of these areas.

--Demonstrates difficulty in cognitive ability such that they are unable to recognize personal danger or inappropriate social behavior.

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then your child may be eligible for our program and services.
